Established in 1935, the Rotary Club of College Park is part of Rotary International, a global network of 1.4 million friends, neighbors, leaders, and problem-solvers. With contributions to many organizations, we promote Rotary's ideal of "Service Above Self." Our members are working and retired professionals and business leaders, who are committed to building friendships, bettering our community, and contributing to world understanding. Janet Wagner
PRESIDENT
Janet is a retired faculty member from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business. She is former editor of The Cogitator and former social media manager.

Ronnie Mills
PRESIDENT-ELECT
Ronnie is Director of Annual Giving for the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA). The organization is the humanitarian arm of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Wil White
PAST PRESIDENT
Wil is a local business owner, specializing in massage therapy. He is also a globe-trotting marathoner. Wil is editor of the Cogitator and chair of our PR committee.

Ken Healy
VICE PRESIDENT
Ken is a retired IT specialist, who served with the United States Postal Service. Ken is RCCP’s former secretary.

Steve Ness
TREASURER
Steve is CEO of his own building construction company, which specializes in home building. He is a past president of our club, and the proud grandfather of eight.

Patsy Ezell
FOUNDATION CHAIR
Patsy is retired assistant director of University of Maryland Extension, specializing in consumer and family science. She is a past president of our club and is currently chair of our Foundation committee.

Chris Kelly
MEMBERSHIP CHAIR
Chris Kelly is the official photographer for Rotary District 7620. This is his second appointment as membership chair for RCCP. Chris is a real estate agent with Long & Foster.

Stephanie Frye
SERVICE CHAIR
Stephanie is a retired principal of the Prince George’s County School Board. A new member of our club, she brings invaluable leadership and administrative skills.

Cindy Harrison
SECRETARY
Cindy is an experienced Rotarian, with a particular interest in Rotary Youth Exchange. In her professional life, she is a counselor with the Montgomery County public schools.

Vijay Kowtha
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS
Vijay is Executive Director of Maser, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to STEM education for K-12 students. With over 35 years of engineering and research experience, Dr. Kowtha is a respected authority and innovator in robotics and neuromorphic computing.
